In accordance with the IEEE-IES Technical Co-sponsorship conditions, papers will be accepted after a review process by three referees.
Initial submissions must be full papers. No abstracts will be reviewed.
The technical program committee could ask the authors of the accepted papers to improve their papers according to the reviewer’s recommendations.
Accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions. Poster sessions are not scheduled.
All submitted papers must be in Portable Document File (.pdf) compliance format. Instructions for typescript preparation are available here.
The accepted papers will be published in the CD-Rom Workshop-Conference Proceedings and included in the IEEE Xplore database. In order to have your accepted paper published please register using the registration form and pay the registration fee. At least one author per paper must register.
